Open Access Policy and Copyright
Perspectivas. Revista de Innovación Empresarial adopts an Open Access model, which means that all published articles are freely available to readers worldwide, without subscriptions or fees.
Authors retain the copyright of their articles, which are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), allowing content to be shared, distributed, and adapted, provided the original author is properly credited.
This policy seeks to maximize the visibility, accessibility, and impact of research, promoting the free dissemination of knowledge and global scientific collaboration.
Authorship
Authorship Criteria: Based on ICMJE guidelines. An author is considered to be someone who has made significant contributions to: (1) the conception or design of the work; (2) the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data; (3) drafting or critically revising the manuscript; and (4) approving the final version and accepting responsibility for it.
Conflicts of Interest: All authors, reviewers, and editors must declare any financial or non-financial interests that could influence the results, their interpretation, or the editorial process.
Funding Sources: All sources of funding for the study must be explicitly declared.
Corrections, Retractions, and Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
The journal ensures the integrity of published articles. In cases of serious errors or fraud detected after publication, an Erratum, Correction, or Retraction may be issued, clearly indicating the nature of the error.
Authors must declare whether they have used Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in the preparation of the manuscript. AI may be used as a support tool but cannot be listed as an author. Authors remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, and ethical compliance of the content.
Peer Review Process
-
All articles are initially reviewed by the editorial team to verify thematic relevance, originality, and compliance with journal guidelines (APA style).
-
Manuscripts with a text similarity above 20% will be returned to the author (plagiarism screening).
-
Submissions that pass the formal review proceed to double-blind peer review, ensuring author anonymity.
-
Possible outcomes are:
-
Accepted: The article is suitable for publication, with minimal or no changes.
-
Accepted with revisions: The manuscript requires corrections and must undergo a new review.
-
Rejected: The article does not meet the standards, policies, or scope of the journal and cannot be resubmitted for six months.
-
-
In case of disagreement between reviewers, a third referee will issue the final decision.
